1. Order Submission & Manual Review Mechanism
After you complete checkout and submit your wellness consultation booking form, your request will not be instantly confirmed. Our team will conduct full manual verification for all submitted booking information within 48 working hours from the order creation time.
- We will cross-check your submitted contact details, selected service type, reserved consultation time slot and self-reported wellness background information;
- If incomplete, inconsistent or invalid information is detected, our team will send a modification notice to your registered email, you need to supplement correct data within 24 calendar days;
- Orders failing to pass manual review due to uncorrected invalid information will be marked as unconfirmed booking, follow-up service arrangement will be suspended temporarily.
Only after our official manual review approval email is sent to your mailbox, your booking can be regarded as successfully confirmed and valid.
2. Valid Period of Unconfirmed Booking
All submitted un-reviewed booking orders retain a valid period of 90 calendar days starting from the checkout submission date.
- If no manual confirmation operation is completed within 90 days, the booking record will be automatically cleared from our internal system;
- Users need to re-submit the full booking form and trigger a new round of manual review after expiration of the valid period;
- Partial payment records attached to expired unconfirmed bookings will be processed in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy separately.
3. Consultation Time Adjustment After Manual Confirmation
Once your booking passes manual verification and obtains official confirmation, you may apply for one free time adjustment application within 7 calendar days before your scheduled consultation time.
- All adjustment requests must be delivered to our official email in written form;
- Time change applications submitted less than 7 days before the consultation cannot be guaranteed to be accepted, subject to consultant schedule vacancy;
- Each confirmed booking only supports one free adjustment, multiple subsequent modifications will incur extra administration arrangement fees.
4. Service Disclaimer for Booking Consultation
All wellness consultation guidance provided after confirmed booking only serves as daily lifestyle wellness reference materials, and shall never be deemed medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, medication guidance or disease cure scheme.
- Users with food allergies, ingredient intolerance, skin sensitivity, chronic underlying diseases, acute physical discomfort or long-term physical illness must seek professional formal medical institutions for targeted advice before following any wellness suggestions;
- We do not judge personal dietary taboos, physical exercise limits or symptom improvement effects for any individual, users shall independently bear all risks brought by self-adjusting diet, rest and exercise status;
- Our manual order review only verifies the integrity of booking information, and will not conduct professional physical condition assessment for users during the confirmation process;
- If your submitted wellness information contains false, exaggerated or misleading content which leads to inappropriate consultation guidance, all relevant consequences shall be borne solely by the booking user.
5. Cancellation Rules for Manually Confirmed Bookings
Cancellation requests for confirmed consultation appointments shall comply with the unified Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website. All cancellation applications need to pass secondary manual review by our operation team before final processing.
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 14 calendar days ahead of the consultation time will enter full manual refund audit flow;
- Cancellation submitted within 14 days before service time will be subject to partial deduction of service administration costs after manual verification;
- No cancellation and refund application will be accepted if the consultation service has been completed.
6. Clause Modification & Acceptance Rules
This set of booking confirmation terms may be updated irregularly to match business operation standards. Users submitting new booking orders will automatically accept the latest published version of these terms.
For all orders that have passed manual confirmation before clause revision takes effect, the booking rules effective at the time of original submission shall continue to apply for the corresponding service.
